Veterinary Regional Referral Hospital (VRRH) operates an after-hour emergency service clinic in support of area veterinarians.
VRRH offices an emergency medical clinic that is open to the public after normal business hours. Keep in mind the services offered in the after-hours clinic are for emergencies only.
- Weekday Hours: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Monday – Thursday.
- Weekend Hours: 6:00 p.m. on Friday – 7:00 a.m. on Monday.
- Emergency Clinic Address: 2117 Veterans Drive SE in Decatur, Alabama.
The VRRH Emergency Services Clinic treats only emergency situations and does not perform general veterinary services such as inoculations, boarding, teeth cleaning, etc.
Payment for services is expected at the time of treatment, either in the form of cash, Debit or Visa, MC, American Express or Discover credit cards. We also participate in the Care Credit program which is an independent financing company and available to anyone who wishes to apply. VRRH Emergency Services has no affiliation with Care Credit other than as a participating merchant.
If your pet has suffered from a life-threatening or serious injury, please don’t hesitate to bring it in any time during our scheduled emergency clinic hours. For our benefit, please try to give us a call before arriving so that we can be as prepared for the emergency situation as possible. We will do absolutely everything we can to help your pet.
