Emergency Services Clinics of Veterinary Regional Referral Hospital
Veterinary Regional Referral Hospital (VRRH) operates two after-hour emergency service clinics in support of area veterinarians.
Beginning at 6 p.m. each evening Monday thru Thursday and ending at 7 a.m. these after hour emergency clinics are open to the general public. The Decatur Emergency Clinic is located at 2117 Veterans Drive SE in Decatur, Alabama and the Florence facility is located at 1421 North Pine Street in Florence, Alabama. Both clinics also operate 24-hours a day beginning on Friday night at 6 p.m. straight through to 7 a.m. Monday morning.
The VRRH Emergency Services Clinics treat only emergency situations and do not perform general veterinary services such as inoculations, boarding, teeth cleaning, etc.
Payment for services is expected at the time of treatment, either in the form of cash or Visa, MC, American Express or Discover credit cards. We also participate in the Care Credit program which is an independent financing company and available to anyone who wishes to apply. VRRH Emergency Services has no affiliation with Care Credit other than as a participating merchant.
