Regional Referral Hospital for nearly 5 years and was selected for this award for a variety of reasons:
- TREMENDOUS customer service performance both with clients and fellow employees.
- Excellent phone communication. We have received numerous comments from clients and others about Rhoda’s phone manners.
- Always on-time for work
- Willingness to help fellow employees with whatever task needs to be done and does so with a smile.
- Always displays a positive attitude and respect for others.
- Attention to detail
VRRH is fortunate to have a person of Rhoda’s caliber on the front lines when it comes to serving clients and assisting other staff members. Some of Rhoda’s responsibilities include scheduling of appointments, collecting payments, filing records, communicating with referring doctors regarding their patient’s status and assisting with other tasks when needed.
