Allen White Selected Employee of the Quarter
Allen White has been selected Employee of the Quarter at the Veterinary Regional Referral Hospital (VRRH) for the first quarter of 2010.
During his four years as a nursing assistant Allen has displayed the highest standards of excellence in his job performance. His colleagues rely on Allen to perform numerous tasks in the daily activities of the hospital, and he does so with enthusiasm, commitment and perfection. Allen’s duties range from dispensing of medications and feeding patients to performing maintenance on hospital equipment. “I’m not sure there is anything that Allen can not do,” says Nurse Manager Lechon Camp. “You hear Allen’s name being called all the time during a shift because people rely on him so much and he always responds with such a positive attitude.” During an employee appreciation day celebration, Dr. Michael Newman presented Allen with a plaque honoring his dedication and commitment to the hospital and its mission statement, along with a check for $100. Dr. Newman commented during the presentation that “Allen is a prime example of what all employees everywhere should strive to be.”
